Kopli - a historic industrial area in Tallinn

This peninsula dates back at least to the 14th century. At the beginning of the 20th century, two massive ship factories were built here that significantly changed the course of this natural district.

Discover the stories and see where the 21st century has taken the previously notorious Kopli. You might also find your favourite coffee shop/bookstore when you ask nicely ;)

The excursion is led by a local woman Hannele.

Accessibility

Trams no 1, 2 & 5 and buses no 32, 33, 72, and 73 come to Kopli (around 20 min from the city centre).

The hike is outdoors, and we walk across the terrain, beaches, and paved roads. Please check the weather in advance.

Unfortunately, access to the tour via wheelchair is quite complicated due to crossing rail tracks and some slight hills.
